Basic no frills motel. Beds were decent and it was clean.

Location very accessible to town. Affordable nightly rate. Lodging is a time capsule and something from a movie scene reminiscent of the past. If you’re ok with a simple place, it’s just fine for a short nights stay. Towels were fluffy and clean. Has cable television.

Basically decr was very shabby. Male person at desk gruff and unfriendly. Way too pricey for what we got. Room shabby and depressing. Needs TLC and updating.

I’m going to file a complaint with you and the Better Business Bureau you should not be putting this terrible terrible Motel on your site. There was a menstrual stain on the sheet. There was no door on the bathroom. There was noise coming out of the pipes all night long the refrigerator had an ice cube tray with no ice in it, which I needed for an injury And the most important part. There was no hot water even with all this other horrible stuff I would’ve let it go, but I couldn’t even take a shower. The water never got hot. The worst motel I’ve ever been at.

Price and location perfect. Its a bare bones clean comfortable facility. That's all we needed. The bathrooms are tiny though, not good for large people.

The room was well worn, but comfortable and clean. It was more like staying in someone's home than an austere room in a chain hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciate being able to look out the window at the trees because the motel is set back from the road. The location is close to the things I like to do and family and friends I visit when I'm in Northampton. I appreciate having a microwave and refrigerator so I can have a quick meal I bring from home if I so choose.

This motel is great. It's a typical roadside motel, with a fridge and a microwave. I usually stay here when I'm in town if they have rooms. There's a heater/AC under the window, and also hot baseboard heat along the walls. There are lamps and also some nice bright cove lighting. The owners are friendly. Check-in is 1 PM which is earlier than most places. The windows face some trees and you can open them for ventilation. The price is very reasonable, especially for Northampton, which is a high hotel cost area. Also located very conveniently to the River Valley Co-op where you can go get some snacks and a hot meal.
Cheap and in good location close to universities.
Price was good, they were convenient and clean. And the mattresses were encased- a plus for me.
Most of the places in the area were booked or 3x the price. I just needed a place to stay for the night that wasn't too far out of the way. This place checked all of the boxes. It looks like an older motel, which is what it is. But the beds were fine, the bathroom worked. I had no problems with it. And it's on one of the main roads (Route 5).
Convenient, clean, everything works well.
